The Icon

A 1930’s 11,000 square-foot two story building has been adapted into a photo lab, customer service area, editing rooms, studio, offices, photo gallery and a new mezzanine digital image lab. The project included reconfiguring the interior space, refurbishing the façade, and the incorporation of new methane detection, electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems.
