Hancock Park Residence

This existing 2-story California Mission Revival style residence was built in 1916. The project was to add

a new Kitchen, Breakfast Room, Family Room and 2nd floor Guest Suite to the back of the house.  The challenge was creating an addition that complimented the existing house while creating a floor plan that reflected a modern lifestyle.
